Noxigar is a Chaotic Neutral (with Evil-aligned tendencies) scientist who previously worked in the Kingdom Hearts universe, until he disliked what happened to Organization XIII in Kingdom Hearts 2 (and got rejected by Testuya Nomura). He maintains connections with old characters, though they hardly talk to him as-is. Noxigar is shut up in his room during the day, as he enjoys the night moreso.
