Noelle was the daughter of the lord of the underground Sicilian-American Mafia group known as the Andromeda Galaxy, situated in the mainland of the United States. Her mother died shortly after her birth, and Noelle herself was one of many of this lord's children from countless mistresses. Due to her being the last child, from a mom who was this crime lord's favourite wife, the crime lord's gang members somewhat doted on her.
