Basic Info

Toma and 'Nicoleta "Nico" Lupei once had it all. Fraternal twins born to the founder and CEO of Romania's biggest energy company, the duo were raised in luxury, taught an important ideal by their father. "Make the most out of everything."

However, what their father actually meant was 'make as much profit and reward out of everything you can', because he wasn't a very good man. Around the twins' 24th birthday, the news came out that he had been caught on fraud and embezzlement charges, and Lupei Power was bankrupt. Left to soon be penniless, the pair fled to Republic Island, USA, searching for a better life and the 'American Dream' of prosperity and happiness. They found their way to San Cristobal with what money they had, but didn't have anywhere to stay, so they're currently sleeping on the beach in changing huts, avoiding lifeguards and security. Their current job is the one they learned most from their father - how to con and scam people. They've gotten a huge job that requires them to go to Townindale...the question is whether or not they'll actually get there.

The pair are also amateur blood mages, educated by their mother and her witch cult. Their primary utilization of this is a form of twin empathy, as well as detecting the other's location as practically any time.

Toma is the elder, more level-headed twin. He can be kind of neurotic and a bit of a control freak, but also tends to be much more moral, considering the effects of the twins' scams and actions.

Nicoleta's more wild and rebellious, having learned English from R-rated action movies as a kid. She cares little about how their actions affect their marks, considering them all to be 'shitty people' anyways. If they deserve it, hey, the money's better off with a Lupei, right?
