CC is a so-called "Renegade Anti-hero". His only major episode so far has been 22, where he helped defeat Deathbringer with the power of stalling. He still makes sporodic apperances, usualy doing what he does best, be random. He has the power to transform into anyone he's seen a picture of. He can also summon a guitar and use the power of music.
