Bureaucrats, Developers, and Proprietors, also known as Benevolent Dictators, are special Sysops with great power and wisdom. On other wikis far, far away there are more Bureaucrats, however there are only two active HRWiki and HRFWiki Bureaucrats, It's dot com and Tom. JoeyDay, the creator of the wiki, only edits on special occasions. Currently, the other Bureaucrats are AgentSeethroo, InterruptorJones, and Stu. Bureaucrats have the power to turn Users into Bots, Sysops and even into other Bureaucrats. They can also demote them. They also have the unique power to Rename other users. In the Wiki User Wiki, Sysops have the same powers as Bureaucrats, and Mods have the same powers as sysops, albeit some powers not enabled. Back to Main
