{Cut to a shot of Camp Wawanakwa, a typical summer camp environment set on an island in Canada.}

CHRIS: Welcome to Total Drama Wiki Island! This is the newest reality TV show airing on the Wiki TV Network! Here, people will be arriving on the island shortly, where they will then have to stay for a few weeks competing in challenges while working together as two separate teams. The winning team gets a reward, the losers vote someone off to walk the Dock of Shame, catch the Boat of Losers, and leave the island to go home. The staff and I have received a ton of audition tapes, but only 14 were chosen. They shall be arriving momentarily. So do you get the picture? I hope you do, because it's time to begin...TOTAL DRAMA WIKI ISLAND!

{Boat Arrival: T.J.}

CHRIS: TJ! Nice of you to show up!

TJ: Nice to be here, I guess. Thought this place looked nicer on TV...

{Boat Arrival: Sarth}

SARTH: I am here and ready for the first challenge!

CHRIS: Good for you, Sarth! Problem is there is no challenge today... {chuckles}

{Boat Arrival: Lucian}

CHRIS: Lucian! What's up?

LUCIAN: Oh, hey, Chris! Nice to meet you in person! Ooh...nice lake here.

{Lucian walks over to the others}

TJ: Hey there!

LUCIAN: {shyly} Oh, hey.

{Boat Arrival: Marissa}

MARISSA: {lets out an ear piercing shriek} I can't believe I am actually on TV! Smile! {taks a camera out of her backpack, takes a photo of chris.}

CHRIS: Whoah there! Don't blind me! {rubs eyes} Er...welcome, Marissa!

{Boat Arrival: Homestrong}

{Homestrong walks off of the boat, along with Samuel holding his luggage}

HOMESTRONG: Greetings, Islanders! Prepare to be defeated, for I, Homestrong, shall be victourious!

SAMUEL: That'll be great! 1000/1! You'd be on a winning streak!

HOMESTRONG: ...Shut up. Anyway, let us go, Samuel!

SAMUEL: Us?

HOMESTRONG: Of course! I need your assistance!

SAMUEL: ... {Looks at Chris} Should you tell him or should I?

CHRIS: Uh...Homestrong, Samuel is not a contestant.

HOMESTRONG: ...What!?

SAMUEL: Yeah. Only 14 people are allowed here.

HOMESTRONG: ...B-but! ...Hmph! No matter! I shall win anyw-

SAMUEL: {As he's leaving} Oh, and no cheating allowed.

HOMESTRONG: ...WHAT!?

CHRIS: Yep.

{Cut to TJ and the other contestants}

TJ: {whispers} Look out for this guy, looks like he plays dirty...

{Boat arrival: Yves}

YVES: Hey, Chris!

CHRIS: Yves! What's up?

YVES: Not much. You should put these on. {pulls out a pair of black goggles} Marissa goes crazy with her camera when she's excited.

CHRIS: Uh...thanks? {takes the goggles}

YVES: You already saw her, didn't you?

CHRIS: Yeah...

{Boat arrival: Dave}

DAVE: Hello all! It's so nice to be here!

CHRIS: Dave! You're...much shorter in person.

DAVE: Thank you.

{Dave walks over with the rest of the cast}

TJ: So...what are you?

DAVE: A mongrel. I'm from a different planet.

{Boat arrival: Ben}

BEN: Hello inferior people.

SARTH: Inferior?! Do you know who you're talking to?!

BEN: Do you?

{Boat arrival: Man-o-man and Hambrin}

MAN-O-MAN: Sorry we're late, Chris. We had an argument with the boat captain about us totally best friends riding in the same boat.

HAMBRIN: Yeh, we would have had to pay double the fee otherwise.

MAN-O-MAN: {whispering} Shut up!

CHRIS: Ben, Hambrin, and Man-o-man! Welcome!

TJ: {scoff} Just what we needed. A pompous asshole..

{Boat arrival: Cryptogamer and Zoe}

CG: Hey, Chris! Big fan!

SARTH: {counts participants, including himself} Only twelve? Where are the other two?

CHRIS: Welcome, Cryptogamer and Zoe! And that just leaves... Ch'mera and Clover...

HAMBRIN: We saw them on the way here. They were arguing with another boat guy.
