Basic Info
Spanish guy is his name, and he hails fro m Spain. After being born, many considered him a candidate for giving the Heaven Hotel a makover in 1970. So, he was purposely killed to manage it. There, instead of preventing trouble like he's supposed to, he creates it. He is an effective manager, and doe his job well. Mostly.
