The Jolly Old Milkman is the very evil Old-Timey form of The Milkman, the equally evil destroyer of Bubs' Concession Stand, The Stick, and saver of The King of Town. He is a member of Red Vortex but ended up terminating himself due to his creation of an endless paradox.
