In order to request to create an ally with someone contact Raiku on the fanstuff forum and tell him the name of the player you wish to become allies with. He will then convey the message onward to check if both parties agree to the group and voila! If you wish to join a group already in progress, or add a third (or above) player to your group, the same process exists.
