Jose Gonzolo Morales II is the Prime Minister, King, and ringleader of Cyber Mexico. He was born to Prostitute and Jose Morales, president of the short-lived country of Space Mexico. After his father was assassinated by a Space Quebec seperatist, he inherited the country and the ring. There, he completely reinvented the country and ditched the whole space thing, becoming Cyber Mexico. Somehow he is tied into this shit i dunno
Also, he makes a killer chalupa.
