Jose Gonzolo Morales II is the Prime Minister, King, and ringleader of Cyber Mexico. He was born to a prostitute and Jose Morales, president of Mexico. After his father was assassinated by a Quebec separatist, he inherited the country and the ring. There, he completely reinvented the country, getting a shit load of money somehow and giving it tons of tech, becoming Cyber Mexico. Somehow he is tied into this shit I dunno.
