Other than the aforementioned chips on his shoulder, Strong Intelligent has a knack for good comedic timing and his sense of humour is out-of-this-world. At least he's really good pals with Lex, whom I also respect a great deal. Aren't they brothers or something? Maybe I read that Japanese Disc material a little too closely about them.
