This is acceptable, you have personality and backstory and abilities I guess. But I'm not sure who Hiccup is and I'm not sure why you're using an actual cat as a character to be honest. I recommend changing a bit. And perhaps writing more. But it'll do. So just say whether you want to flesh it out or if you think you're good to go.
