JCM

STATUS: ALIVE

Jason C. Mendelson, more commonly known as JCM is an 18-year-old man of blue complexion. It is assumed that he is a human, but nobody is particularly sure of the fact, JCM included. Nobody bothers to question this fact, however. JCM managed to survive the cataclysm simply by sleeping through the entire thing, much to the surprise of his fellow survivors. Naive yet good-hearted in his nature, JCM manages to keep an optimistic mind about the world around him, or what little of it actually remains.

Zippy Platypus

STATUS: ALIVE

Zippy P. Platypus, like his name suggests, is an anthropomorphic platypus of a small stature, and also another survivor of the cataclysm. Gifted with intelligence and common sense, Zippy managed to survive the incident by hiding out in the subway as it was happening. Now currently residing in the Sephiroth Tower with Zoo, Zippy cares little about being part of the resistance, preferring mainly to keep himself safe in the hellscape.

Zoo

STATUS: ALIVE

Zoo, real name unknown, is a 17-year-old human boy who lives in the tower with Zippy. Unlike Zippy, who prefers to spend the majority of his time inside, Zoo regularly leaves the tower in search of food and supplies. Zoo gets the short end of the stick between him and Zippy, usually being forced to perform all the important tasks. Zoo seems alright with this, however, enjoying the time he spends scavaging. He is a huge fan of mystery novels, owning a huge collection of Nancy Drew books which he has found over the years.

Badstar

STATUS: ALIVE

Badstar Marian Strunner was originally created as a lab experiment by a mad scientist. To the surprise of his creator however, Badstar managed to gain success on his own, enjoying a career as a lawyer for many years, and eventually being appointed Wiki City's District Attorney under Mayor Skullbuggy. As one of the richest citizens of Wiki City, Badstar enjoyed a life of luxury, living in a mansion which was custom-built for him. Most importantly, however, he was Bell's best friend.

Things turned south for him with the cataclysm. His mansion was destroyed, and with it, his friends, Pter, Kyubii, and Demyx. Reduced to homelessness, his friends dead, and struggling to survive, these events took their toll on Badstar's mental state. Eventually, he snapped. In the space of a week, Badstar's entire life had lost its meaning. One day, while planning to end his own life for good, he saw a shining light in the distance. A beacon of hope.

"Smart Shoppers Shop CHAOSMART."

Badstar found his new calling. With law and order stripped from the very city he called home, he realized that it was up to him to rebuild it. Regrouping with Kirbychu, who had also survived the disaster, the two took initiative as the new leaders of Wiki City, ruling from the former CHAOSMART. While Badstar is less coherent than he used to be, he believes he has the ability to do good in the world. That is, if people don't keep stealing his stuff.

Kirbychu

STATUS: ALIVE

Like Badstar, Kirbychu is also a mysterious amalgamation of two beloved fictional characters. His origins are unknown, but most people do not bother asking. Before the cataclysm, Kirbychu enjoyed success as the owner of a holiday resort in Wiki City, which for some reason got no actual tourists, but was often frequented by Wiki City's citizens. During the cataclysm, Kirbychu was forced out of his resort by hostile raiders, and was forced to live a life of vagrancy. Eventually, Badstar regrouped with Kirbychu, and together, the two went on to become the new leaders of Wiki City, with Kirbychu acting as the deputy mayor.

Bell

Look at this happy fella!

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Imothy Albert Bellstrom, also known as Bell, is a mindflayer/human hybrid who served as a member of the Council of Four. Gifted with powers of literal anime, Bell enjoys the position of being the most powerful member of the Council of Four. Personality-wise, he is particularly chill and laid back, being an avid marijuana and fedora enthusiast. Living a stable family life with his beautiful wife, Sarah, along with his two brothers, Bling and Tracy, there is absolutely nothing which could ever possibly go wrong in his life. After the death of Sarah, his mental state has begun to deteriorate. The extent of the damage is unknown, but is concerning, nonetheless.

Mr. Rusty

Mr. Rusty is a figure which exists only in the mind of Bell. Created as a result of Bell's "split" when Sarah died, Mr. Rusty is a manifestation of Bell's corruption, symbolized by the rust on his helmet. He is cruel, sadistic, and malevolent in his nature, taking joy in the suffering of others. He is also cynical in his nature, frequently mocking Bell's peers while they are around. He first appears after Bell's fight with Raiku, encouraging Bell to kill him. At this point however, the amount of control that Mr. Rusty has over Bell's mind is small.

Liberty Bell

Sephiroth

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Sephiroth, real name unknown, is a humanoid alien from the galaxy of Sharoth. Gifted with a healing factor which allows him to withstand heavy injuries that an ordinary human cannot, Sephiroth is able to use his hardiness to his personal advantage. Along with his healing factor comes the ability of decelerated aging. Sephiroth is proficient in physical combat, preferring to use his fists over weaponry, magic, or energy attacks. Serving on the Council of Four, Sephiroth runs the yearly meetings from his tower. Out of the four, he is the most paranoid, sensing bad times ahead.

Chaos

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Abraxas Malifact, also known as Chaos, is a Chaos Magician, born from a union between The Grim Reaper and a human woman. Raised with the intention of eventually taking his father's place in the business, Chaos has gone on to live an ordinary human life, running the CHAOSMART corporation while also hosting fighting tournaments on the side. For a being of supernatural origin, Chaos seems to have forsaken caring about his important position, seeing life as one big game to amuse him. He is lazy, crude, and hardly ever serious, serving as a staple member of the Council of Four.

Noxigar

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Noxigar is an android with an encyclopedic knowledge of chemistry, allowing him to maintain a control over several chemical substances, such as toxins, acids, and explosive materials. Serving on the Council of Four, Noxigar is analytical in his nature, favoring logic and logical solutions over emotion. Noxigar maintains a permanent deadpan expression, coupled with a heavily dry wit which catches most people off-guard.

Raiku

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Raiku Lucifer Samiyaza is a hellspawn with the ability to warp reality itself. The extent of his power is unknown, but it is generally thought that Raiku's lazy demeanor prevents him from unlocking the true potential of his power. Claiming to be the son of the devil, Raiku was once a member of the Council of Four, which with his membership was named The Council of Five. However, his general reckless behaviour and over emotional outbursts were the cause of much discomfort for the rest of the team, and after an incident which claimed the lives of 103 citizens of Wiki City, Raiku was forced to leave the team in dishonour and disgrace.

Raiku's discharge from the Society and the subsequent humiliation which followed caused Raiku to properly snap, prompting him to kidnap Bell's wife, Sarah. This turned for the worst when Sarah perishes at the hands of Bell, who beat her to death as Raiku tricked him into believing that Bell was attacking him.

Sarah

STATUS: DECEASED

Sarah McAllister was the wife of Bell who lived with him and his family in Wiki City. She met Bell when Tracy set her up on a blind date with her brother. Appearing in public with her husband by her side, Sarah was a well-loved and prolific member of the Wiki City community. She met her fate in Episode 2 at the hands of her own husband when he was deluded into attacking her by Raiku, who had kidnapped her and placed her in captivity in the lighthouse of Spook Cliff. Her death dealt a massive blow to Bell's mental state.

Turin

STATUS: DECEASED

Turin Tames was a former companion of Raiku, gifted with the power to manipulate flora. Under the control of Raiku, he was responsible for the death of Patrick before the series began. He dies offscreen in the first episode, having outlived his usefulness to Raiku.

Patrick

STATUS: DECEASED

Patrick Turismo was a Wiki City celebrity, known for his love for driving fast and flashy cars. After being shown to have snubbed Raiku during a fundraiser party, Patrick met a grisly end just a day after when his car crashed into a tree which had magically grown in the middle of the street. His death was officially labeled as an accident, simply due to the unexplainable circumstances. In reality, he was murdered by Raiku, who commanded Turin to carry out the action.

Noelle

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Noelle Andromeda is the ex-girlfriend of Chaos. The two had a rather happy and stable relationship at first, but it ended when Noelle felt that she was being neglected by her boyfriend as he spent most of his time on worldly shenanigans and not enough time on their relationship. Chaos was upset by the breakup but ultimately saw it coming. The two are on amicable terms, in that they do not make an effort to avoid each other when in public. As of 2011, she serves on the city council under Mayor Skullbuggy.

Tracy

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Tracy Bellstrom was created by Bell, due on part of Bell's desire for a brother. The attempt was successful, and over time, Tracy almost became like a son to Bell. Tracy's life with Bell was hectic and chaotic, but it also held some of the greatest moments of his life. Being of the same kind as Bell, Tracy also possessed powers similar to that of his creator. However, due to inexperience and lack of control, Tracy keeps his powers under wraps. Like his creator, he also wears a bell-helmet.

Tracy was left abandoned after witnessing the death of Sarah at the hands of Bell and Raiku. He was taken in by the Council, who felt a personal responsibility towards him.

Skullbuggy

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Skullivan D. Buggy, or Skullbuggy for short, was the Mayor of Wiki City from 2009 to 2011. An anthropomorphic talking car with a skull for a head, Skullbuggy's existence, like many other citizens of Wiki City, is unusual. Created by Skull Industries, he and four other of his kind were built to be killing machines. That... did not turn out so well. Skullbuggy used to live with Jerry Cohen, and his wife, Casey Harris, residing in the same street as Bell and his family. This changed when Jerry and Casey, expecting their first child, decided to move to Vancouver.

Feeling lonely from the departure of his two best friends, Skullbuggy looked for a new hobby to keep himself occupied. And that hobby was politics. With Chwoka as his running mate, Skullbuggy ran for Mayor, winning the election in a landslide, beating out Dinoshaur and Mu.

Skullbuggy takes an active role as the Mayor of Wiki City, trying his hardest to keep the city intact.

Trying.

Chwoka

STATUS: UNKNOWN

Chwoka is the Deputy Mayor.

Jericho

STATUS: ALIVE

Jericho Kingsley is a hellspawn, involved in a crime ring. Working with his boyfriend, Stellin, the ran a smuggling operation, trading all sorts of weaponry and drugs. Jericho was formerly a friend of Raiku, serving as his mentor in his young years, before the two fell out. Their friendship became irreparable in 2010 when during a drug deal in Wiki City, he was confronted by Raiku, who proceeded to fight him, tearing his leg off in the process. Raiku's attempt to take Jericho down lead to the destruction of three city blocks and the deaths of 103 citizens.

Jericho later went on to manage the Hell Saloon, located in... Hell. Hell, Michigan, that is. He and Stellin were visited by Bell, who was looking to exact revenge on Raiku, who killed his wife. After a brief fight between him, Bell, and Stellin, Jericho agreed to help him, giving him the "Wand of Jeremiah", which apparently contains the ability to take down a demon.

Jericho has the power of flame manipulation. This includes being able to engulf his entire body in flames, like the Human Torch. In recent years, due to his injury, he prefers to take a non-active role in fighting. He is snarky and rude, but neutral for the most part.

Stellin

STATUS: ALIVE

Stellin Dagovitch is a hellspawn, serving in Jericho's crime ring as his second in command. The two serve not just as partners in business, but also as partners in love, living together as a couple. Stellin was a witness to the Demon Hunter incident but managed to get out of the situation without injury.

Before becoming a criminal, Stellin served as high-ranking commander of Spetnaz, loyal to the Soviet Union. Due to his abilities of metal manipulation, which included the ability to turn his entire body into steel, Stellin was referred to by his peers as "Zhelezo Kurtka", which translates to "Iron Jacket". Stellin's military history is long and extensive, serving in almost every conflict from the Eastern Front in WWII, to the invasion of Afghanistan in the 1980s. With the fall of the Iron Curtain and the establishment of the Russian Federation, Stellin resigned from his service, loyal to a nation which to him, ceased existing.

Like Jericho, Stellin is of neutral alignment. Unlike Jericho, Stellin can be a pleasant man to be around, typically friendly to those who don't interfere in his work.

Torrent Dave

STATUS: ALIVE

Dave McKenzie, real name Torrent Lucifer Samiyaza, is a hellspawn, and the twin brother of Raiku. With the ability of wind manipulation, Torrent is powerful enough to conjure tornados and hurricanes. Torrent used to be a hitman, and an incredibly successful one at that. Working for 460 years, Torrent gained the reputation of the greatest hitman in history. However, despite his success, Torrent eventually went on to develop a conscience, feeling deep regret for every kill he made. Eventually, the guilt overwhelmed him, and Torrent swore off killing for good. Leaving his old profession, Torrent went on to blend into ordinary human society, living a quiet and normal life. Looking to atone for his actions, Torrent became an active citizen of Baltimore, using his fortune and skills to rid the city of its crime and restore its infrastructure, turning it into a nice place to live.

Despite the turned leaf, Torrent is still overcome with guilt, suffering from PTSD flashbacks on a frequent basis. Because of his, he's developed a timid personality, which unfortunately leaves him open to being manipulated by others.

Others, such as his brother, who took refuge in his home in Baltimore after murdering Sarah. Torrent hates his brother and wishes him gone from his life permanently, but still feels obliged by family honor to keep him sheltered. In response to this kindness, Raiku has elevated his neighborhood into the sky, terrorizing the city, causing Torrent's girlfriend to leave him due to his horrid behavior, and incessantly mooches off him.

Raggon

STATUS: DECEASED

Raggon Tiberius Blade was one of Raiku's top minions. Gifted with the power of pyrokinesis and super strength, Raggon and his brother, Raggonix, used to accompany Raiku wherever he went, assisting him in all of his endeavors. Raggon was known for being a dumb muscle, the type of man who rushed into a situation without thinking. Unfortunately, this came to be his downfall, as his attempt to kill Bell lead to his quick and violent death at his hands.

Raggonix

STATUS: DECEASED

Raggonix Perimium Blade was Raiku's other top minion. Raggonix was typically more intelligent than his brother, Raggon, preferring strategy over blindly rushing into a situation. However, at the same time, his hot-headed personality could lead him towards making rash decisions, which like his brother, turned out to be his undoing. Gifted with the ability to create and manipulate electrical current, Raggonix was a force to be reckoned with, even being able to conjure lightning from the sky. However, overuse of this ability could lead Raggonix prone to exhaustion.

Raggonix met his end against Bell, who used psychological tactics to wear him down, waiting for him to expend his energy before callously blowing him up with a blast of energy.

Transcending Time

Joe the Hotdog Guy

STATUS: ENIGMATIC

Joseph Frankenfurter, more commonly known as 'Joe the Hotdog Guy' is an enigmatic figure who can be seen on the streets selling hot dogs, no matter the city, no matter the world, no matter the universe, even if Wiki City has fucking nothing to do with D&D. He is entirely plot unimportant...or is he?
