"I actually like the rules of the WUW and would rather not leave unless it succeeded in its ongoing mission to contract every Internet STD avaliable.
I post the fanfiction My Immortal on two separate pages because I felt that it was a story that deserved to be told to the masses and the WUW population.
It seems that the coarse language featured throughout has gotten me banned. All I can do in response is bawwww censorship!!!!!
To my comrades, free me from my shackles, and together we can turn the WUW into an actual, worthy site.
Yes, in six months time with myself as ruler, we will have the greatest Harry Potter fanfiction site on the Internet. Join me, and make Remus Lupin proud."

From Wikipedia:

A guideline is any document that aims to streamline particular processes according to a set routine. By definition, following a guideline is never mandatory (protocol would be a better term for a mandatory procedure). Guidelines are an essential part of the larger process of governance.
