Description

No. 0 in Organization XIII. Not much is known about him, really. He and Namine are the only Organization XIII members left (he considers Namine a member, even if she isn't by technical means) due to the deaths of the other members. He holds the element of poison, and his weapon is a green morningstar as well as an entire arsenal of chemicals.

Noxigar eventually grew tired of Wikihood's general tendency to involve universes only to bugger them off a few episodes later. As such, he went on a crusade to destroy some universes and replace them with better ones. Some universes are ones he spares due to personal liking or because of the universe's government being rather easy to take over. Some of the universes replaced often serve a utilitarian purpose, such as a chemical factory of which would help Noxigar.

As a result of the Organization's deaths, Noxigar is often leery of many other people and usually proves their worth before trusting them. This usually leads to him being paranoid at times, but generally with good reason given the circumstance.
