• DESCRIPTION: A tall, lanky man with blue-grey skin and a gaunt face. Wears a orange-brown turtleneck and skinny black jeans, with a white lab coat over. Has wispy black hair and small black glasses. A large dome covers his head, as well as an exposed brain.
• BIOGRAPHY: Born to a British couple in Twycross, Julius was always the inquisitive one. Constantly freezing things inside his refrigerator--be they living or inanimate--Julius had an unhealthy obsession with all things cold and icy. Winter was always his favorite time of year, and whenever it came around, he would always build snowmen... snowmen, everywhere. His mother and father were worried.

Eventually, Julius reached the age where he had to start associating with the other children in the neighborhood. It was mid-January, and his mother thought it a good idea to let Julius play with snowmen with the other boys.

They later found little Billy buried inside a snowman. Still alive, but a bit chilly and in need of hot cocoa.

Mr. and Mrs. Griffin found it prudent to put Julius in an institution for most of his childhood. In there, Julius was put through what some today would call torture. Julius walked out of that mental institution distant and cold. Anybody who attempted to talk to Julius would be shrugged off. Winter came and Julius did nothing. For most of the year, it seemed, Julius did nothing.

They didn't know what he was planning.
