Looks: Like megaman, but with a scope for an eye, and the blue into indestructible glass.
Megaman was found buried in a Mexican landfill in 3096 by Dr. Clyde. Clyde took him to his lab. By that time the blue paint had chipped off. He gave him steroids and a scope. He now can aim, jump higher, and blast an infinite amount of bullets at one time.

Looks: Like Dr. Wily He found Megaman in a landfill in 3096. He spent two years repairing Megaman, and one testing him. He has told him to go on a journey, fighting baddies and defeating Dr. Philly and his evil daughter and her teddy bear, Weaselleta and Terror Teddy (names stolen from Nintendo Power Contest
