Homeschool
The father in the family. He is a very relaxed man, spending most of his time around Jacob. However, this doesn't stop him from spending time with most of his family. He has a sunny disposition, which may also describe why he doesn't like having Xaviar as his neighbor. He will do anything to protect his family, unless it includes eating eggplant. Don't ask.

Lynne
The mother of the family. A very happy woman, she can find a good side to anything she encounters. However, she is still easy to sadden. Her favorite out of the family kid in the cul-de-sac is Yvonne, whom tought her to cook. She is also the inventor of an amazingly great smoothie, which she hasn't shared the recipe of. Yet. She can mainly be found competing againsed Yvonne in scrabble.

Dot
A very cheerful girl, dot is the oldest child in the family. She also likes to march around the cul-de-sac, playing her clarinet. This can result in her being accidentaly hit by a rampaging marissa on roller skates. She spends a lot of time with the runaway kids, because hse finds them more relaxed than most of the other kids on the block. Unless, of course, Nicholas has been cookingm

Jacob
Jacob is a highlighter in a spoon drawer. It doesn't take much to find him. Just look for a walking battleship board. However, despite is rather dull appearance, he is a very bright kid. He is shy to show it, though. Mainly because he is shy. He dreams big, and acts small, therefore making others wonder what he's gonna do with his life. Dot suggests he should work at a party store.

Larry
Not a brother to dot and jaboc, but their live in double-first cousin. He can be a very mean kid at times, but can also be a very nice kid. No one really knows why he has a single marble with peppermint patty (from charlie brown, not the candy) on it, even though he doesn't play. Jacob suggests he has a secret underground marble league, showing how much he doesn't want to show his real self to the world.
