Story
There are heroes and there are villains. Naturally, we'll be focusing on the latter--the evil, grimy scumbags who insist on making life difficult for everybody. We have the amateur villains, the ones who can't get an evil scheme right even with instructions... We have the upper-class villains, the ones who know how to make a deathtrap that the heroes can still escape from despite being "idiot-proof"... And then we have the elite of the elite. These villains are so powerful, they requite the title of "King of Evil". This title is only handed out to the villain who ascends the ranks with such grace that no hero dares fight them.
And how do they pick these master villains? Why, with a tournament. A few select villains are pitted against each other in fights to the death--only one will walk out with the title of "King of Evil". So who will it be?
