Userpedia/Homestar tiger

Homestar tiger is the self proclaimed "stupidest user on the wiki." He sometimes messes up in fanstuffs, and is particularly lazy, but he is a kind and social friend, and a very funny person. He likes Wallace and Gromit, Homestar Runner, and most of his friends on the wiki. He is a third gen, but he doesn't like the whole concept of gens. He just wants to have all the users be friends. He frequently checks Recent Changes.
