BATMAN/eps/prologue

BRUCE NACHO: Ever since I was a child, I had a longing for justice... Ever since that fateful night where I lost my parents to a thug... I can still remember that very fateful day when it happened. It pains me so.

{Cut to a rich looking couple and their child walking out of a theatre.}

MAN: Oh I do say! That show was excellent! .......Excuse me, I need to light up a cigar! {Pulls out his wallet and takes out a $100 bill. He then puts some tobacco in it, and rolls it up. He then lights it with a match and starts smoking it.}

{They walk over to a large limo, and the woman goes through her fur jacket, but finds nothing.

WOMAN: Damn it, I left my car keys at the Theatre!

MAN: Oh, that is okay, we can buy another limosuine I guess. They're only worth about 6 Million, not that much. We could walk home.

WOMAN: It's quite a long way to our house... We could go through that dark alleyway over there! {Points to an alleyway.}

MAN: Oh Right said, fred!

{They start to walk down the alleyway, where it is suddenly darker all of the sudden. As they are walking, a shadow is seen behind a garbage can. Suddenly, a mugger jumps out on them.}

MUGGER: GIMMIE YOUR MONEY! NOW!! OR I'LL BLOW A HOLE THROUGH YOUR FRICKIN' HEAD!

MAN: {Looks through wallet.} Oh crap! That was the last bill I had with me at the moment! How about you darling?

WOMAN: {Looks through purse.} No.. nothing either.. Crap..

MUGGER: That's a real shame. TIME FOR YOU TO EAT LEAD!! {Shoots the man in the chest, killing him. The woman runs to his side.}

WOMAN: THOMAS!!! You... bastard! You... killed my husband!

MUGGER: Yep. Now I am going to kill you..

WOMAN: WAIT! .....Before you kill me.. please promise not to kill my son.. He has done nothing to hurt you.. Well neither have I, but this is about as good as it gets..

MUGGER: ....Fine.. I guess I could spare him..

{Cut to see little Bruce Nacho watching it all happen. A gunshot is heard, a flash is seen, and a body is heard dropping on the ground. The mugger runs away afterwards. Bruce runs to his dead parents and starts crying.}
