Corigni Keep is set in AA 9131 in the region of Dvosnar, on the continent of Valasir, shortly after the assassination of High Thane Embrilidge. Dvosnar is facing potential civil war over this, due to the lack of an heir to the Thane. The other regions are stepping in, hoping to take Dvosnar for themselves. In the midst of all of this, however, a strange floating island is on course for Dvosnar. At the top of this island lies a massive castle, one that has never been explored before, filled with untold riches, luring adventurers in. This castle, is Corigni Keep.

Dvosnar is a large region in the mid-east of Valasir, and represents European culture. Dvosnar was first settled around BA 57, by a young Warrior King Myros, who later ruled Valasir. Myros was a young courier, delivering a letter from the capital region of Valasir, East Dhōḷuṁ to one of the other regions. The river leading there had dried up, leaving no passage, so Myros decided to take his group through uncharted territory. He discovered a vast land, full of various resources and minerals, but little civilization. The letter never arrived. Myros and his band of couriers, using the little supplies they had, slowly began farming and mining. Eventually, Dvosnar was founded. Currently, Dvosnar is well known for its merchant and warrior culture, along with its bustling slave trade, which exports from regions both outside Valasir and inside, but without any alliance.

Anmedla

A rich old kingdom that takes heart in the center of the 4th Plane, Anmedla is led by King Ethelred, who rules a court of nobles. The majority of Anmedla is a sprawling plain that has been settled, which is known for frequent rain and cold winters. War is a large part of Anmedlan society, and slaves are frequently taken from their enemies and used as prime labor or to be sold. Anmedla is a highly religious monolatristic kingdom, worship of the star god Father Steorra overseen by the Grand Vicar Cynefrid.

Corigni

Corigni is a mysterious, magical island in the sky that has begun on course to fall into Anmedla. Carrying a labyrinthine keep of immense proportions on it's topside, the crash of the island would lead to great disaster should it not be stopped.

Corigni Keep

A massive, sprawling palace at the very top of Corigni, containing untold wonders and treasure. Adventurers from every land seek the vast riches at the top of the tower, but must be wary of what lurks within.

Other Regions

Özgürlük

Özgürlük is a large region in the east. A sprawling kingdom ruled under one Sultan, Özgürlük is a haven for commerce and trade. With a history of imperialism in the past, Özgürlük's relations with its close neighbours is less than satisfactory. But on the international level, Özgürlük is respected for its fair trades. Its culture and religion are like that of the great historical Islamic empire, The Ottoman Empire. Originally a small kingdom in the east, Özgürlük gained prominence through a highly successful military campaign lasting nearly fifty years, in which they managed to seize the Turquoise Peninsula from the formerly prosperous Korydallos Empire. Despite focusing most of their resources on land, Özgürlük's overseas operations are managed mainly by the Kirmizi Corsairs, a faction technically independent from the Özgürlük government, but funded by them and loyal to them nonetheless, known for organizing several series of raids on civilizations across the globe, usually kidnapping women and children to either be sold into slavery, or conscripted into their elite military corps.
