Frank N. Stein was a mild-mannered Strangetown postman, you see, until he was run over by a bus. Pronounced dead on scene, he was taken to the morgue, where his body mysteriously disappeared. A mad scientist (not Lexington) took it and performed experiments on it, turning Frank into an undead, seven-foot, gray monster, with electricity flowing through his veins and his transformers. A gentle soul, Frank joined Lexington's team to help stop strange encounters from harming his town.
Frank's body is constantly producing electricity, which he can charge his punches with. Owch!
