Noxigar is the third original patron of the Wikihood estate, and its maid, as well as the exterminator when the time comes around. Noxigar is a Chaotic Neutral (with Evil-aligned tendencies) scientist who previously worked in the Kingdom Hearts universe, until he disliked what happened to Organization XIII in Kingdom Hearts 2 (and got rejected by Testuya Nomura).
