basically
rock is a police detective and the first RM to get this far
he was built with free-will, something super rare in RMs
he is transferred into the RM Investigations squad of ACPD
that's all so far
his partner is Yui's younger sister
the antagonists for the first arc a gang called Rebellis, and comprises most importantly of the six MM1 RMs
