- NUMBER 10: "Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends"
We start the list with a classic. FHFIF chronicles the adventures of Bloo, Mac, Wilt, Edwardo, and Coco around the Fosters Mansion. The show is filled with zany humor and hilarious situations, appealing to Kids and Adults alike.
- NUMBER 9: "Scooby Doo"
Everyone knows and loves this show. It was about a gang of teenaged mystery solvers and their pet dog. Sure the premise sounded weird, but what did we care? It was awesome. Even though the episodes ran through the same formula, it was still enjoyable.
- NUMBER 8: "Invader Zim"
This show was rather short lived. Running only for about a year, until it's abrupt cancellation. Despite this, it gained a mass cult following, and that itself made the series warrant a DVD release. The humor is known for being quite dark and adult, and that's one of the reasons why it's as popular as it is.
- NUMBER 7: "Spider-Man (1960's)"
This show is a classic. You know, the one with "Spider-Man, Spider-Man, does whatever a Spider can"? Anyway, even to this day, this show proves to be enjoyable still. Sure it was simpler, but hey, it was brilliant!
- NUMBER 6: "Chowder"
Chowder is one of the newer shows on Cartoon Network, and possibly a sign that it's actually going to get better. The humor is surreal, but understandable enough to be funny, and the characters all have great personality. Those two reasons are the reasons why this is one of the best animated shows. Plus, the Pop Culture references are cool too.
- NUMBER 5: "Futurama"
Futurama, one of the most successful shows on television. Coming from the brilliant minds that brought us The Simpsons came an even better show. It's also known for being one of the only Sci-fi television series that doesn't depict the world as either totally grim and dystopian, or totally happy and utopian. Hell, if the world ever does develop into Science fiction territory, I bet you that it would be exactly like this.
- NUMBER 4: "Family Guy"
Family Guy.. One of the most controversial things on television right now. Most people would say that this show is nothing but mindless humor and fart jokes, and they're probably right, but do you know what I have to say about that? Screw them! This show is hilarious, and despite the controversy over being a copy of the Simpsons, Family Guy quickly evolved into a successful show that's still going strong today. MORE THAN YOU CAN SAY ABOUT THE SIMPSONS, EH?
- NUMBER 3: "South Park"
Yes, you heard me right. Despite being one of the most vulgar and offensive things on TV right now, South Park shows us they don't care. Care about what, you might say? Nothing. They care about nothing. They're not afraid to speak their mind, while other shows would be pussying out on their opinions. That is the main reason why this is one of the better animated shows on TV.
- NUMBER 2: "Looney Tunes"
I'm sorry. This needs no explanation. Looney Tunes are awesome. They revolutionized the modern cartoon, man.
NOW FOR THE NUMBER ONE!!
- NUMBER 1: "X-Men (1994)"
My god.. If Jesus was a cartoon, this would be it. I am bloody serious. This cartoon is the epitome of awesomeness. Why? Everything about it. It's purely amazing. The storylines are well developed, something you don't see in much cartoons anymore, all the characters each have their own unique personalities, which themselves make this qualify. I'm sorry if it's not much of an explanation, but just watch the series on Youtube. You will not be disappointed. Plus, this has the best theme tune ever! IT'S AWESOME!
