He and Namine are the only Organization XIII members left (he considers Namine a member, even if she isn't by technical means) due to the deaths of the other members. Noxigar eventually grew tired of Wikihood's general tendency to involve universes only to bugger them off a few episodes later. As such, he went on a crusade to destroy some universes and replace them with better ones. Some universes are ones he spares due to personal liking or because of the universe's government being rather easy to take over. Some of the universes replaced often serve a utilitarian purpose, such as a chemical factory of which would help Noxigar.

Noxigar is the third original patron of the Wikihood estate, and it’s maid, as well as the exterminator when the time comes around. Noxigar is an evil scientist who previously worked in the Kingdom Hearts universe, until he was kicked out for no specific reason. He maintains connections with old characters, though they hardly talk to him as-is. Noxigar is shut up in his room during the day, as he enjoys the night moreso.
