Leopold Oscar Nicolas Rahmul is the resident philosopher in the cozy little pirate town. He's the kind of guy who wears maroon peacots and has burgundy stockings and other old semi-Victorian-era clothing in shades of off-red. Known for his devilish wit, he is highly revered in the town as a God of Words and Writin' Thingin's. All he does is sit in his humble hilltop abode, thinking up deep quotes.
God is not high and mighty, like the king of the jungle. Instead, he is the graceful puma, who has all the skills of the king of the jungle, but is only liked by off-cultured teens.
