Use as shown:

Images are pulled based upon the syntax "Q(Character name).jpg". By default, these are not avalible unless already uploaded. By clicking the placeholder text, you can upload an image for the character right away.
The template is designed for a 32x32px icon.
I hope this will expand through the Wiki Characters.
