Project MONOLITH used to be a robot used for uploading supplies onto carrier ships around the time of the apocalyptic nuclear World War III, which basically ended up with total annihilation of all life as we know it. However, after a beckoning from a mysterious stranger, he and his counterpart, Project RUSTBUCKET, have ended up in the present. Usually they hang around together, but when Monolith found a mysterious door just hanging in mid-air, Rustbucket decided to remain there and wait. Although Monolith respects the ancestors of the "Creators", which was what he and his fellow robots called humans, he often gets quite annoyed with them and their strange society. He also hates all things cute for some reason.
