Made up of a special bland douigh, and a cheese ''{usually being mozzerella}'', Pizza is very friendly, lets say. But what is it about this food thats so good? Lets find out.<br /> <br /> First of all, the chees is nusual for a cooked dish. I provides a partially tart milky ''{no suprise}'' flavor. Many cheeses can be used. Mozzerella and Feta are both commonly used. I much prefer mozzerella.<br /> <br /> There are planty of doughs to choose from. Many places have thick and thin crust. Thin crust adds a cruch to it, and is for thoes allergic to thick crust, the only difference being thick crust has a levening. Don't be suprised if yeast is used.<br /> <br /> There are many topping that can be used. Pepperoni ads a spicy twist, whileapples have a sweet crunchy effect. Anchovies are a mountain of salt, though. Pineapples have the same effect as apples. That is just a very breif list.<br /> <br /> Some toppings are harder to find than others. While everywhere has pepperoni, good luck finding one place with apples. I would personally suggest pineapples though. Very, very nice pizza, even though others dont like it.<br /> <br /> It seems most people like pizza, but stay away if your lactose intolerant. If you aren't There's at least one pizza you'll like!</div>
