He looks just like the normal Tracy, but with a mustache, a katana on his back, a very long red and black striped scarf, flipper arms, and wings. He remembers Gilligan, but doesn't seem to care about him anymore. He is the fusion between Bell and Tracy. UT is currently part of The LoE.</div>Bellstrom
