'''Elhera Balmoria''' was one of the original members of Chaos' heist gang. Born to a High-Elven mother and a Human father during the Syllahona Wars, Elhera faced discrimination from both Humans and Elves for her mixed-blood parentage. The High-Elves, who extolled the virtues of blood purity, rejected her and shunned her mother, while Humans, harboring hatred for High-Elves for their militancy, saw Elhera as one of them. As a result, Elhera experienced a troubled childhood and grew to become distrustful of everyone she knew.

As a child and teenager, Elhera frequently partook in acts of delinquency, and as she matured into an adult, she became known for her association with criminals. She eventually came into contact with Lex, who recruited her into Chaos' gang as the member who gained secret information and distracted security guards and other personnel by using her natural charm, magical abilities, and seduction skills.

After Chaos' arrest and the disbandment of the crew, she eventually gained a place in the Glabal MC, earning a senior position in Davv'roth's main gang.

As someone with magic that is inherent in her blood, Elhera is an incredibly skilled spellcaster who specializes in hypnosis, sleep inducement, and dream manipulation. While fighting, she is able to manipulate the tattoos on her body to take physical form and aid her in combat. Doing so for a length of time can prove exhausting, however.
