Dirk Dattebayo is an enigmatic warlock whose name is just as ridiculous as his abilities. He leads the Warlock Division of the Sea Hitman's Coney Island Disco Palace with enough firmness to where the other Warlocks do not question his authority, which he exercises rarely due to generally keeping a cool head about things. Dirk is also one of Oceanna's closest friends and co-workers within the Sea Hitman's Coney Island Disco Palace, and they often work together to get things done, despite Quigley's usual insistence they don't cause havoc.
