They are True Neutral people who communicate with their clients in their dreams (as Oceanna does with Noxigar). They have their own motivations, which are dubious to say the least. Blowhard gets back at the universe for taking her beloved childhood friend, named Adel. By making a group of assassins, Blowhard Touchdown begins to monopolize the vigilante group but runs into a few minor complications with Byzantium. Blowhard Touchdown takes interest in the Wikihood Gang when the threats of Debonair D'Arque and James Rosenberg resurface, which is where Oceanna's connections to Noxigar come to be beneficial to Blowhard.
