Third planet from the Sun, biggest population in the entire solar system, and the birthplace of the entire human race. Naturally, this planet has had a lot going for it throughout history. Even today, the planet enjoys a great amount of prominence on the galactic stage, even with the fact that it is no longer alone in harboring intelligent life. Due to mass colonization of other planets, and many geopolitical movements, Earth is currently rejoicing under a "Golden Age" of sorts.

Of course, this being the same old Earth we're used to, it's hardly a utopia either. Sort of... inbetween, maybe? Yeah, let's say that.

==History==
We could go into so much detail on the history of our planet, but let's be perfectly honest here, this isn't a historical documentary, and I am certainly no historical major. Nevertheless, one thing I can particularly stress is the creation of several economic and political unions, such as

*North American Union
*European Union
*Pan-African Confederacy
*East Asian Coalition
*Eurasian Union
*Union of South American Nations
*Arab League
*Central Asian Union
*Caribbean Community
*Pacific Union
*Community of Latin American and Central American States

But the biggest of these unions just happens to be the "United Earth Alliance". Despite the existence of all these smaller unions, and all the smaller countries within these particular unions, the UEA happen to be the ones who pull the strings. Gone are the days of wars between nations. After all, when you have things on a bigger scale to worry about, you surprisingly begin to grow tolerant of each other's differences. On the whole, we've actually matured quite a lot surprisingly.

== Others ==
There is a lot more that can be said about Earth, but you can rest assured knowing that it's in good hands. Sort of. It's not bad, at least. Could be worse. Beyond the technological, social, political, economic movements, the only thing we can really say regarding our planet is that It's business as usual.

A lot more alien foreigners than before though, we must say.
