There is a small city, suspended on the gaseous surface of Jupiter. The floating city goes into a crisis when it loses stability and begins to be pulled towards the Great Red Spot, and the only ship close enough to the planet to respond in time is the LeviathanX. Can the crew direct the floating civilization away from the largest storm in the Solar System, and figure out what knocked it out of stability in the first place, before it becomes prey to the destructive winds?

Pter must re-train himself to get his license, but while that's going on, the Leviathan X's crew is all injured in a freak accident. Will Pter be able to complete his training in time to save his crew? And is this real, or just a clever plan concocted by Zhao?
