That's the text tool. Hold the left button on your mouse down and drag your cursor across the image. When the dotted box is the right size for where you want the text, let go, and the Text Toolbar will appear above the box. There should be a warning saying that the file already exists, if the filename you save it as is the same one, but with .png at the end. Click OK. It'll save it as &lt;filename&gt;.png.
