Meme3: no, I do not know what they are called

Me is, how to put this, insanely, crazingly stupid. If asked what 2+2=, he would answer with a very strange reason that had to do with the psmothengrad theorem. He does however, have a nice little supper-pressure cube that contains a vast association of weapons, from pistols to water guns to rifles. The only other problem is his aim, he can't shoot for jack crap. He also has some super-powered static chargers (whatever they're called) that he uses in situations where they can only cause more harm (like, other than heart attack or something).
