The Rules
M'kay Chaos. We must discuss some rule type stuff here. --Kanjiro 16:03, 5 November 2007 (MST) I believe we need die rolling. And races. And classes. But anything else is trashable which is...nothing. But I don't mind a re-doing of them. Chaosvii7 16:15, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- Yes, I agree with you. Let's take out all of "die rules." What I was planning on putting in was things like if you roll a 5 you'd hit 10hp because your weapon hits 2hp for your dice roll. A lot less complicated than real D&D. --Kanjiro 16:23, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- But that's almost D&D. How about a d20 for any given hit?Chaosvii7 16:28, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- K, but there can be some special weapons that add like 2 for a str bonus or something. Next topic. --Kanjiro 16:33, 5 November 2007 (MST)
Races. I believe we need to keep Humans, elves, and half-elves at the least! Chaosvii7 16:38, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- We need Human, Elf, Half-Elf, Orc, Half-Orc, Dwarve, Troll, and gnome. Any others? --Kanjiro 16:41, 5 November 2007 (MST)
Not hey aren't! They're...smaller. And have good magic-ness. Chaosvii7 16:51, 5 November 2007 (MST)
Fine. Now we must decided what different bonuses each race gets. --Kanjiro 16:52, 5 November 2007 (MST)
I figured that the next topic would include those instead of both. Classes. Chaosvii7 16:53, 5 November 2007 (MST)
What do you mean? Well, some classes can be Warrior, Ranger, Druid, Warlock, Paladin, Rouge... any others? --Kanjiro 16:57, 5 November 2007 (MST)
This is too based off of WoW. Let's tone it down. How about Warrior, Cleric, Mage, Paladin, Duskblade, Druid, rouge, ranger, and shawshbuckler? Chaosvii7 17:00, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- All of those except shawshbuckler and Duskblade. --Kanjiro 17:05, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- WE NEED DUSKBLADES!!!! Chaosvii7 17:12, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- WHY???? --Kanjiro 17:21, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- They're evil paladins! Chaosvii7 17:25, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- Fine. Now what. --Kanjiro 17:39, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- ...We can keep all of the weapons and armour from D&D, right? That's a very wide range! Chaosvii7 17:48, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- As far as weapons and armour go... we can make it up as we go along and add it to the equipment page.--Kanjiro 17:51, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- Y'know that in real life, I have a player's handbook. We can just copy weapons and armour out of that. And if we need to, I can look in my DM's guide for the magical items. That can do good things. Chaosvii7 17:56, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- Who doesn't have the players hand book? Anyways... we can take some W&A from there but most we can just make up when we start playing. Plus I know basic W&A we need. --Kanjiro 18:00, 5 November 2007 (MST)

- They're evil paladins! Chaosvii7 17:25, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- We can do that! We'll use the game names we want to, and use 2 other fake names! I'll make the page now! Chaosvii7 18:15, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- No, i make it. --Kanjiro 18:17, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- WHY???? --Kanjiro 17:21, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- WE NEED DUSKBLADES!!!! Chaosvii7 17:12, 5 November 2007 (MST)
Here's the page! I almost have my character sheet filled out. You'd need one too. Chaosvii7 18:20, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- I think we don't need mana;We can cast spells like in D&D, with the die? We could use like a, d6, or d8 as many times as we need. {i.e. 200d6}. Chaosvii7 19:06, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- We need mana. We will use a die too. If I have enough mana to cast fire arrow i will cast it and use the die to figure out the damage. --Kanjiro 19:18, 5 November 2007 (MST)
let me give an example:
CHAOS: I cast fireball!
{launches fireball, takes {number} damage}
like that! Chaosvii7 19:30, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- Naw. You can't just keep being able to use a magic attack. That would be as if you can do magic in runescape with no runes. --Kanjiro 19:43, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- But the point of the game is to have fun! People will have fun if they can cast any spell without mana. Besides, if we do that, I just plain won't use mana altogether! If I'm to be DM for most of the games, I deserve perks. And so do you! Chaosvii7 20:11, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- We get lots of perks. You know random events in runescape... we can make lightning bolts hit players if they break rules... {Devilish laugh} --Kanjiro 20:28, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- We can steal player's gold, make them kill themselves, give them bad luck, and I ordered to have a breakfast nook made. That'll be the really goos perk. Chaosvii7 20:33, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- But I know what your talking about... how about... since our current mana depends on our level, we can just make ourselves super high levels! If we were level 100, I'd have 20000 mana, and what are you? A Half-Elf Druid? I think you'd have 30000 mana! --Kanjiro 20:35, 5 November 2007 (MST)

- No, my mana would have at least 309 0's, because I'm...

Chaosvii7 20:49, 5 November 2007 (MST)
...Wow... --Kanjiro 21:06, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- so that'd be at least 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,
000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 mana. Chaosvii7 21:11, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- Ok, but then each of your magical attacks must be 3000 times the normal amount of mana, so to cast fire ball (30 mana) it would be fire ball (90000 mana) --Kanjiro 21:17, 5 November 2007 (MST)
- I'M KIDDING! We'll just have XXXX mana, k? That'll be a fair perk.Chaosvii7 19:03, 6 November 2007 (MST)
- Since I'm a DM and partial game creator, can I give myself a special attack? Please? It's just a 5-hit attack cut in half. So the least damage I could do is 50 with it. And you should SEE the things we're gonna fight. Chaosvii7 20:04, 6 November 2007 (MST)
- I also meant that Classes would determine HP, Mana, etc. Chaosvii7 20:04, 6 November 2007 (MST)
- I was just throwing out ideas. --Kanjiro 21:05, 6 November 2007 (MST)
- Do you approve of the classes/stats thing? Chaosvii7 22:17, 6 November 2007 (MST)
- I was just throwing out ideas. --Kanjiro 21:05, 6 November 2007 (MST)
- How about a new rule, also? You can't use your wiki name. That sound good? I mean, it's null and void to us, but I think we should make that a rule for others. Chaosvii7 22:18, 6 November 2007 (MST)
