Seth Mifune is the quartermaster of the ship. Having been hired by Valentina originally to help her perform the heist on the LeviathanX, Seth is officially the crew's first recruit.

Formerly working under the Twin Dragon Syndicate, Seth was originally an assassin for hire. According to database records, Seth performed both political assassinations and common hits, all for the right price. Because of this experience, he is well-versed with firearms, mainly sniper rifles and pistols, and he is also proficient at hand-to-hand combat.

Seth's past life is wrapped in mystery, much like the rest of him. From his home life to his work with the syndicate, Seth refuses to diverge in any information about either. Disliked by much of the crew, Seth is seen by the others as a cold and ruthless bastard, potentially liable to turn on them at any moment. Cold, grim, and yet at the same time, sadistically sardonic, Seth's history and personality makes him an unpopular figure among the crew. His intimidating presence and power as second-in-command is enough to make everyone fear him enough to follow and obey when needed. With the exception of Valentina, of course, who sees him in a slightly more fond light.
